Ellen Golla is a commercial real estate agent specializing in retail and office properties throughout Southern California.  Her expertise spans several key markets across including the San Fernando Valley—from Studio City to Woodland Hills—as well as Pasadena, Downtown Los Angeles, Mid-City, and the Inland Empire, including San Bernardino. As a longtime Socal resident, she brings valuable insight into the region’s diverse neighborhoods and commercial real estate opportunities.

Ellen is a proud member of the Phillips Group at KW Commercial Pasadena, where she collaborates with a dynamic team that brings a wide range of experience to the table. Together, they handle all types of commercial real estate transactions, including retail, office, multi-family, industrial, warehouse, vacant land, and environmentally challenged properties.

With over 20 years of experience in land acquisition and development, Ellen has managed teams of engineers, architects, attorneys, and other professionals to entitle, permit, and build successful infill projects. In Los Angeles she has developed more than 120 new-construction single-family homes, ranging in value from $350,000 to $4 million per home. More recently, her focus has shifted to Phoenix with value-add investments in existing residential & multi-family projects.

Ellen holds a California Real Estate License, a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre from UC San Diego, and a Master’s Degree in Architecture from UCLA.
