Casey Picard is a Director of multi-family investments with KW Commercial Pasadena. Focusing in Los Angeles County multi-family investments, Casey has dedicated himself to high level transaction negotiation, advanced property underwriting, unparalleled market knowledge, and in-depth advisory.

In a short time, Casey has been able to achieve a wide range of his clients’ goals by implementing creative solutions to their commercial real estate investment challenges.

Prior to joining KW Commercial Pasadena, Casey was an Associate with KW Commercial Studio City from May 2013-June 2015, and an Associate with Marcus and Millichap from May 2012- May 2013.

Before starting his career in brokerage, Casey was CEO of 1OAK Glass manufacturing in Riverside, California. As CEO, he oversaw the sale of over one million dollars worth of manufactured glass between 2010-2012. A graduate of the University of California, Riverside, Casey received his B.S. in Political Science with an emphasis on international relations.
